When making your selections we are happy to answer questions about sizing or styling. We hope you love every purchase from Plum Palmetto Boutique, however if something doesn't work please send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. Our return policy is for store credit only. Store credit never expires. Once we receive the item we will issue your store credit. You will receive an email with your store credit once we have processed your return. We cannot do exchanges (because items can sell out quickly), if you want an item in a different size we encourage you to re-purchase the item in the correct size before it sells out.
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in anyway.
- Item(s) must have original tags still attached.
- Item(s) must be received within 30 days of original purchase date.
- Any item marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
We are not responsible for items lost while in transit to us. We recommend using a trusted shipping provider that will provide a tracking number.

Once your order is successfully submitted, we work hard to get your order ready to ship to you within 2 business days. Please note there may be delays during sale events, peak shopping days and holidays. We always offer free shipping on your original purchase, however standard shipping costs apply on returns. We ship orders anywhere in the United States. Orders ship USPS and can take anywhere from 4 to 10 days. Once merchandise is in the hands of USPS the risk of loss or damage is no longer the responsibility of Plum Palmetto. If an item is lost or stolen, please contact USPS. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
